The first image I ever worked with featuring Justine Joli. Following this, I collected quite a bit of her work and put it to good use; both at the time and since.
When I first came across this photo, I almost instantly had the story leap into my mind. It just took a little exchanging of the props the models are holding to bring it into focus as EMC material.
Very minor work with the hypnotist’s arm to get it correctly posed and then replacing the face of the subject with a more ‘tranced out’ face from the same set of photos. Other than that, this is another gem that was asking for the EMC treatment.
The original image was a behind-the-scenes shot of the clothed girl touching up the model’s hair. As the photo was taken, her hand was posed perfectly to depict her holding something. It took considerable work to move things around so her arm was in front of the subject’s face, but it was a very fun…
